The Process
The start of the process is where the original image gets professionally scanned in. The quality of the scan is extremely important, this is where the final quality for the retouching work is taken from. A professional scan will capture the right amount of color, tone and image resolution for the retouching process. All we ask is that you provide the original picture or image so we can scan it professionally if at all possible. Most consumer scanners on the market in our opinion do not do a good enough job. More importantly the end user normally does not have sufficient experience in making sure that the settings are correct in order to get the best possible scan. This can significantly prolong the time taken recreating information when not scanned professionally.

Archiving and Printing
We are firm believers that the best way to archive your most important pictures are not just to back them up to the cloud or a external device but is to get them printed Photographic Paper Silver Halide Photographic Paper. Most Photo processing companies like Walgreen, Walmart Mart, Sam’s Club, Costco have moved to digital printing onto Paper with sub dry inks. At Turbo PC Fix, our opinion is that’s not a real photograph. It will fade and color shift very quickly. Silver Halide Photographs have been around for over 100 years! Tried and True, it’s the preferred way to go.

Very happy with their service. Super fast and affordable. I originally brought my laptop to FRYS to repair my power jack. It took them at least a week to finish and it only lasted a few months before it went out again. Not with this place though, I was in and out in just a few hours! Thanks for the amazing service 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I had problems with my old laptop and Ando the technician who works there help me to fix it. I went to Best Buy and the Geeks tech told me not. Any time that I have questions he is always happy to help. I also bought a laptop there, not too expensive.

I was having problems with my compaq pc and decided to go around the corner from my home to Ando's business. I was getting just a black screen and thought that maybe it was the video card, but Ando told me different. I had never been there, so I looked him up and read the reviews (good) so I decided to give him a try. I was very impressed. Ando is a very nice guy and he was very helpful. He explained a lot to me and the best part was that he did NOT charge an arm and a leg. I took my pc in to him and he fixed it the same day. He even upgraded my pc. It turned out to be something wrong with the operating system.I would definitely recommend Ando's service. He will be my new "go to guy".

Awesome shop and awesome people! Andy (as well as the others) was extremely nice, helpful, and honest. They gave me a very fair deal that I was comfortable with so I got to leave the shop happy and with some more cash in pocket! Highly recommend! I showed up on a weekday afternoon with no appointment, hoping to have my iPhone 6s screen replaced. I had my phone back with a new screen within a half hour! Unlike previous third party screen replacements I’ve had before, I actually can’t tell the difference between this screen and an Apple screen. Thanks so much...

A while back I had an issue where my computer wouldn't start up. I had been told by a previous computer repair place that I would need to get a new motherboard to fix the issue. Thankfully, I brought my computer to Andy computer store and I was told I would not need to buy a new motherboard. Instead of paying 200+$ for a new motherboard I payed 60$ for a new fan and cooling system that fixed the issue. They were always available and super kind. Great place and highly recommended! Ps: I've not had a single issue with my computer since then.

I was very pleased with my experience. Ando ended up having to do more work on my computer than he initially anticipated, but he did not charge me more than the initial quote he gave me. He communicated well and gave me good advice on how to avoid having the same problem in the future. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Ando is almost too good to be true. I went to him because of all the positive reviews. I'd accidently spilt some water on my laptop keyboard so the keys weren't working - I've had this Dell laptop for many years and never had any issues but a lapse in 'drink' judgement required a professional. I didn't have an appointment and just showed up as soon as he opened and he immediately knew my keyboard was fried. He sent me a price within a few hours. I thought it would take a week to get the part, but less than 24 hours later he text me saying my laptop was ready. You just don't get that type of service anymore. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My computer was running very slow and Ando was able to do my free diagnostic in one day. He said my hard drive was fail so he was able to save all my data put a new hard drive in my computer. He had it up a running the very next day! Fast and awesome service

I've been here twice now for various problems with my laptop. What I really appreciate about this place is how comfortable you feel!. I am clueless with tech stuff, but they way they engage and explain things, you don't feel like you are talking to some "tech rep", but a friend. They throw in helpful info and resources and in my case, helped replace some missing screws in my laptop together- just as a service!Prices seem very reasonable and competitive as well. Really knowledgeable staff, and absolutely fast and friendly service. They installed a new OS and wiped a HDD very fast, and when my case shorted out my Motherboard they offered to help me fix that problem with no further charge.
